Terms of Use
Terms concerning use of the Horizon website, estimate requests, submitted project materials, and third-party services.
1. Website information and general use
This website provides general information about Horizon Home Services, LLC and examples of residential services and completed work. Website content is informational and may be updated as services, availability, and project details change.
2. Estimate requests and communications
Submitting an estimate request asks Horizon to review the information you provide and contact you about possible next steps. It does not create a construction contract, guarantee project acceptance, reserve a project date, or establish final scope or pricing. Any project agreement will be addressed separately.
Horizon may respond using the contact information and communication preferences included with your request. Project-related text messages are sent only when you select the separate text-message consent checkbox. Choosing text as your preferred contact method does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to request an estimate. You may opt out of project-related texts by replying STOP or contacting Horizon at brandon@myhhsga.com.
3. Project photographs and website content
Photographs and other materials submitted with an estimate request may be used to evaluate the requested work and communicate about the project. Uploading photographs with an inquiry does not grant Horizon permission to publish them for marketing.
Website text, branding, and project photographs may be owned by Horizon, customers, or third parties. Making that content publicly viewable does not change the ownership interests or permissions that apply to it.
4. Third-party services and Google Maps
The website uses third-party services, including Google Maps Platform features and content on the Reviews page. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The website may also link to other third-party websites and services. Those services are controlled by their providers and may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
