Website Access
Accessibility Statement
Horizon is working to make its website usable for people with a range of abilities, devices, and ways of navigating.
Our commitment
Horizon Home Services, LLC wants visitors to be able to find service information, review projects, and request an estimate in a usable and understandable way. Website accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining and improving myhhsga.com.
Horizon does not claim that every page fully conforms to a particular accessibility standard or that the website will work identically with every browser, device, or assistive technology.
Accessibility features
The website has been built with accessibility considerations that can help a range of visitors.
- Semantic page regions, heading structure, lists, links, buttons, and form labels.
- A keyboard-accessible navigation experience and visible focus styles for interactive controls.
- Responsive layouts intended to remain readable without horizontal scrolling at common mobile and desktop widths.
- Text alternatives for content images and decorative-image handling where appropriate.
- Contact-form required-field indicators, inline error messages, error summaries, focus management, and a submission status message.
- Native disclosure controls for frequently asked questions.
- A project-gallery dialog with keyboard controls, focus containment and restoration, descriptive labels, and close controls.
- Reduced-motion handling for interface transitions and scrolling behavior when a visitor requests reduced motion.
- A color palette adjusted to improve text contrast on the site's primary backgrounds.
Testing and ongoing improvement
Horizon uses a combination of code review, automated accessibility checks, keyboard testing, and responsive browser testing when practical. Automated tools identify only some accessibility barriers and do not replace testing with assistive technologies or feedback from people with disabilities.
Content, browsers, assistive technologies, and the website itself change over time. Horizon will continue reviewing reported barriers and making reasonable improvements.
Known limitations
Accessibility testing has not identified an unresolved barrier affecting the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or Accessibility Statement pages within the scope of the checks performed. These findings are limited to the pages, tools, browsers, and interactions tested and do not certify the accessibility of the entire website.
Third-party websites and services linked from this site are controlled by their providers. Horizon cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content or interfaces.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you have difficulty using the website, email brandon@myhhsga.com. Please identify the page or feature involved, describe the barrier you encountered, and share any browser, device, or assistive-technology details you are comfortable providing. This information will help Horizon investigate the issue.
You may also ask for assistance accessing website information through an available alternative. Horizon has not promised a specific response deadline, but accessibility feedback will be reviewed as part of ongoing site maintenance.
